Attendees will be introduced to practical tools, including the Fatigue Bucket Analogy, Green–Amber–Red monitoring, the 1–90–1 principle and Momenting: brief, intentional pauses that create space to notice, regulate and respond. The session will offer a compassionate and practical approach that can be applied across neurological and long-term health conditions, supporting people to work with their energy rather than repeatedly exceeding it.
