Catherine Gray is an Occupational Therapist, founder, CEO and Lead Therapist at Cup-O-T, a Norfolk social enterprise providing accessible, creative, evidence based mental health support and training to empower communities, young people and families. Catherine has over 15 years' experience across NHS and mental health services, including working with young people experiencing complex trauma and psychosis, early intervention, research and perinatal mental health. She founded Cup-O-T in 2017 after identifying gaps between statutory and private provision, developing a model of accessible, relationship-based therapeutic support that includes community, school and woodland based occupational therapy services.
