Fiona Corless is an Occupational Therapist, former commissioner and Director of FL Collaborative Consulting, supporting therapists and purpose-led organisations to understand commissioning, secure new opportunities and grow sustainable services. With experience spanning occupational therapy, NHS and local authority commissioning, strategic partnerships and children's services, Fiona is passionate about making complex systems accessible through practical, jargon-free advice. Her approach combines strategic insight with compassion, helping organisations become visible, credible, fundable and sustainable. Fiona is also the Founder and Chair of Ripples of Compassion, a charity providing bereavement support to children and families following the death of a child.
