She is the founder of MoodLifter, a service that offers occupational therapy, personal training, and mental health support tailored to neurodivergent individuals. She is co-founder and co-lead trainer for Neuroflect.co.uk, the lead for creating bespoke training, and co author of 'The Reflective CPD Journal: Neurodivergent Inclusion in Health Settings.'
