Julie Coram is a Senior Occupational Therapist within Home Group's Central Clinical Team, supporting adult and young people's (Ofsted-regulated) services across the North East and Yorkshire. She provides specialist occupational therapy advice, guidance and support to both service users and colleagues. Julie has almost four years’ experience with Home Group and over ten years’ experience as a qualified occupational therapist. She has experience of working in a variety of settings including learning disabilities, mental health and autism community settings, nursing care homes and supported housing.  Julie has a particular interest in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the impact of nature and meaningful activity on health and wellbeing. She has collaborated with Natural England to promote nature-based approaches and is currently completing a postgraduate qualification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
