Aimee is an Occupational Therapist with experience across a range of health, social care and community settings. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong interest in service transformation, prevention and system innovation, leading the development of occupational therapy-led models that improve health, wellbeing and participation. In recent years, her focus has shifted towards strategic leadership, working across organisations and sectors to influence system change and demonstrate the value of occupational therapy in addressing complex societal challenges. She is passionate about championing the profession's contribution beyond traditional clinical roles and inspiring occupational therapists to lead, innovate, and shape the future of health and care.
