lison Noakes is an experienced occupational therapist, rehabilitation specialist, and Tai Chi instructor with over 30 years of clinical experience. She specialises in brain injury, spinal cord injury, and progressive neurological conditions, combining evidence-based rehabilitation with a person-centred approach. Alison has developed and delivered Tai Chi programmes for people with arthritis, neurological conditions, and balance difficulties, demonstrating improvements in balance, confidence, mobility, and wellbeing. Passionate about making Tai Chi accessible to all, she shares practical, evidence-based insights on rehabilitation, falls prevention, healthy ageing, and how movement can transform health and independence.
