Rhiannon is an experienced Occupational Therapist, Case Manager, Expert Witness and Managing Director of Stokes Case Management. Passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for people with complex injuries, disabilities and life-changing conditions, she is dedicated to delivering innovative, person-centred support that enables clients to maximise their independence and quality of life. With almost two decades of experience as an Expert Witness, Rhiannon brings extensive knowledge of rehabilitation, legal processes and professional standards. Alongside leading a multidisciplinary team, she maintains a clinical caseload specialising in severe and complex disabilities, ensuring her practice remains grounded in the realities of client care. As Chair of CMSUK (Case Management Society UK), Rhiannon is a passionate advocate for the case management profession. She is committed to advancing professional standards, promoting best practice and supporting the ongoing development, recognition and sustainability of case management across the UK. She is particularly focused on encouraging collaboration, education and mentoring opportunities for both established and emerging professionals. Beyond her professional roles, Rhiannon actively supports charitable initiatives for people with disabilities and regularly lectures at universities and presents at national conferences, sharing knowledge and helping shape the future of the profession
