The value of a case management approach has been highlighted in both the Keep Britain Working Review (Mayfield, 2025–2026) and NICE Guideline NG252 (2025), reflecting a wider recognition of the need for coordinated, holistic and outcome-focused support. These developments present exciting opportunities for OTs across a range of settings and specialties. The session will help attendees identify how their existing skills and experience translate into case management practice, while demonstrating the impact a case management approach can have on outcomes, service quality and system-wide effectiveness.
