Elise Johnson is a senior Occupational Therapist within Home Group's Virtual Clinical Hub, supporting colleagues across a diverse range of services through innovative and accessible clinical support. The Virtual Clinical Hub provides a modern clinical offer including bitesize learning, reflective practice, debriefs, clinical advice and guidance to teams across supported housing, rented services, and wider corporate functions. Having benefited from Occupational Therapy herself as a young person, she was inspired to pursue a career in the profession and has had experience working across services throughout the North East, particularly within young people's services. While she values the direct work she did previously with clients, she has found a passion for supporting service teams to develop their confidence, knowledge, and practice. She particularly enjoys challenging cultures and helping teams create environments where everybody can thrive.
