Laura Graham Occupational Therapy
Laura Graham is a consultant occupational therapist, author and award winning practitioner. She co created the BREAD approach to regulation and has written two influential books on Developmental Coordination Disorder and barriers to literacy. Laura has extensive experience across statutory, community and educational settings, supporting children with sensory differences, developmental delays, rare diseases and complex developmental profiles. Her work focuses on clear, practical support that helps families build confidence, promote independence and make everyday routines more manageable.
Through BREAD, Laura champions strengths based, personalised strategies that adapt environments, encourage nervous system involvement and enable children to participate meaningfully at home, in school and in the community. She works alongside parents, carers and professionals to create achievable plans that reduce stress, nurture autonomy and celebrate each child’s unique abilities.
