With major reforms planned across both the NHS and adult social care, occupational therapists are uniquely placed to improve outcomes, reduce demand on acute services and help people live healthier, more independent lives. This keynote will examine how the profession can support the government's vision for prevention, neighbourhood care and integrated services, while exploring the opportunities, challenges and leadership required to ensure occupational therapy is central to delivering the next generation of health and care.
