Stephanie Fleet is a Specialist Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist and Director of Business & Customer Relationships at Think Therapy 1st. She works with individuals who have experienced serious injury and complex rehabilitation needs, supporting them to achieve meaningful outcomes through person-centred assessment, intervention, and environmental adaptation. Stephanie combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on collaborative working across the rehabilitation sector. She works closely with case managers, solicitors, insurers, healthcare professionals and families to develop rehabilitation pathways that enable individuals to regain independence, participation and confidence in everyday life. Alongside her role at Think Therapy 1st, Stephanie is Vice Chair and Director of Communications for CMSUK and hosts the Identity First Podcast, where she explores disability, rehabilitation, leadership and professional practice. Passionate about the relationship between people, environments and occupation, Stephanie has a particular interest in how housing and environmental design can support recovery following catastrophic injury. At The OT Show, Stephanie will share practical insights into creating homes that enable participation, independence and meaningful engagement in everyday life following catastrophic injury.
