Home Group are a large housing association with both supported and care services.

There are a number of OTs within the organisation working across learning disabilities, autism and mental health services. Alongside the traditional in-service clinical delivery, there is also an increasing OT offer which works semi-remotely and at times virtually. Our Senior OTs from a central regional model, a national central clinical team and a virtual clinical hub will discuss how this impacts on OT practice, share the challenges that they've encountered on the way as services have been developed, and outline the ways in which this has strengthened their skills and positively impacted outcomes.
