The CMSUK Feature Zone

Created in partnership with the Occupational Therapy Show, the CMSUK Feature Zone will offer a structured, yet informal space designed to encourage learning, discussion, and connection.

Visitors will be able to explore a number of themed areas, including:

•    Welcome & Information Area: a friendly space where visitors can drop in, meet the team, and learn more about CMSUK. 

•    History & Understanding Case Management: discover what case management is and the critical role it plays in coordinating care and supporting individuals with complex needs.
 
•    Meet the CMSUK Team: find out more about the organisation, its mission, and how it supports professionals across the sector. 

•    Pathways into Case Management: explore career routes into the profession, with practical guidance for occupational therapists interested in expanding their scope of practice. 

•    Coffee & Curiosity: an informal, welcoming area where visitors can ask questions, share experiences, and engage in open conversation with experienced case managers.

I am delighted that CMSUK is partnering with the Occupational Therapy Show for the very first time, bringing our brand-new Case Management Feature Zone to this year’s event.

This collaborative approach marks an exciting milestone for CMSUK and reflects our commitment to raising awareness of case management, supporting professional development and creating opportunities for learning, networking and joint working across our profession.

Whether you’re an occupational therapist who is curious about a career in case management, an experienced case manager looking to connect with colleagues, or simply interested in learning more about the role case management plays in achieving positive outcomes for clients, we would love to welcome you to the Feature Zone.

Throughout the event, members of the CMSUK Board of Trustees will be available to meet delegates, answer questions and share their experiences of working in case management. We’ll also be hosting a series of informal bite-sized talks within the Feature Zone, offering practical insights into the profession and the diverse career opportunities it offers.

In addition, several members of the CMSUK leadership team will be delivering presentations as part of the wider Occupational Therapy Show programme, with further details to be announced soon.

At CMSUK, we are passionate about supporting both those considering a career in case management and those already working within the profession. We believe that by sharing knowledge, building professional networks and championing excellence in practice, we can continue to strengthen and grow our profession for the benefit of the people we support.
