Help! I am having trouble registering.

Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Why has my pass been rejected or why am I on a waiting list?

Complimentary passes for the event are limited, we have set a maximum capacity of attendance for each role in the multi-disciplinary team. This is to ensure that every role is represented and that we can accommodate as many attendees as possible. Passes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your pass.

If we have already reached the maximum number of registrations for your role, you will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you if a pass becomes available.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How do I register as a trade/commercial delegate?

Delegates from commercial companies can purchase a pass for £299+VAT, which will give you access to the event on both days. You can register for your commercial delegate pass here.

Your badge will give you access to the exhibition and conference programme.
