Siân is Chair of the Social Prescribing Network and has been working in developing social prescribing models, strategy, and workforce for the past 9 years. Sian's background is rooted is asset-based community approaches and system wide working with the voluntary and community sector key to improving health outcomes. With over 20 years’ experience in health and local authority Siân's public health and commissioning experience support a salutogenic and prevention focus for population health. Sian also works facilitating quality improvement methodology in General Practice, is a qualified coach and is co-writing an Undergraduate Degree in Health, Wellbeing and Community
