Susie Quinlan is an Operations Managers at ILS Case Management managing new referrals, coordination of their team of over 50 Case Managers and overseeing case management practice. She joined ILS Case Management in January 2007 as a paediatric Case Manager and has fulfilled various roles within the company since then including Professional Mentor and Learning and Development Manager. An Occupational Therapist by background she has worked in a variety of settings in both statutory (NHS and Social Care) and independent sectors with children and young people with additional needs and their families. With extensive experience as a Case Manager Susie retains her passion for achieving great outcomes for clients which she is always keen to share with others when speaking at conferences on the subject of case management and related topics. Outside of ILS Case Management Susie has many interests which include cooking; singing in a choir, attempting to grow some fruit and veg on her allotment and also is a regular participant at Portsmouth Outdoor fitness classes. Susie also enjoys regular countryside walks – having just finished walking round the Isle of Wight her next challenge is to walk the South Downs Way.
