The Occupational Therapy Service
Sarah is an independent Occupational Therapist, who also works as a senior lecturer in higher education. Her first 12 years were working with adults in neurological rehabilitation and neurological palliative care, both in inpatient settings and in the community. She then moved to work with children, young people, and their families, predominantly within special educational needs settings. In addition she has worked as a researcher, focusing on the use the use of mobile applications for the management of fatigue in multiple sclerosis, and on the experience of using Lycra orthoses.
