Specialist Occupational Therapist,
Co-Founder of LGBTQIA+OTUK
Rachael is a gay, cis-woman and uses the pronouns she/her. Rachael completed her Post Graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy in 2017 and currently works as a Specialist Occupational Therapist for Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust. Being care experienced, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and having been diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Rachael is certainly no stranger to the concept of intersectionality. Rachael is one of the co-founders of the LGBTQIA+OTUK affinity group and is also a member of both the RCOT LGBTQIA+ Steering Group and the RCOT Equity, Diversity & Belonging Reference Group.
