Millie Robinson is a Mental Health Practice Lead (MHPL) working across four supported accommodation services in West Yorkshire. In her current role, she leads practice development, using her clinical expertise to support colleagues and promote high-quality, person-centred care. Since graduating from Northumbria University in 2021, Millie has held a range of clinical roles within Home Group. These include Senior Clinical Practitioner in Complex Care services, supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live safe, happy, and dignified lives, as well as Occupational Therapist across several supported accommodation services, helping people with mental health needs regain independence and achieve their personal goals. Millie is passionate about upskilling teams to work in a psychologically informed way and promoting an open, supportive culture where colleagues can reflect, learn from one another, and continuously develop without fear of judgement.
