Lauren is a Operational Manager with Clinical Lead for Hampshire County Council’s Reablement service. The Hampshire Reablement service formed in 2017 and comprises of Occupational Therapists, Sensory Officers and CQC registered Reablement care delivery. Lauren is a qualified Occupational Therapist, and has worked for Hampshire for 13 years. Lauren works in partnership with both health and social care colleagues, including local borough councils, in order to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes for Hampshire residents.
