Lisa was awarded the prestigious Elizabeth Casson Fellowship to lead a substantial project that had the potential to further the profession in a significant and impactful way. As the Elizabeth Casson Fellow, Lisa has led the project and the creation of the Employability and Career Hub for Occupational Therapists (EACHOT). Lisa is also Professor of Employability and Learning Innovation at the University of East Anglia, passionate about employability and learning innovations, is a National Teaching Fellow, has written three books, and publishes and presents widely. Lisa created the multi award-winning Peer Enhanced e-Placement (PEEP) – a work-based learning placement model delivered entirely online.
