James, an occupational therapist, heads up NRS Healthcare's Technology Enabled Care Services, in the Clinical Services division. He has a breadth of public sector frontline, management and strategic commissioning experience spanning 23 years. James uses his passion for supporting people to live full and enriched lives as the goal by which his interest in care technology is directed. Since his first own-install of simple telecare as a community OT in New Zealand, now he is developing and supporting his own teams across the UK to understand benefits to practice and for individuals in using a range of digital technologies.
