Emma Grover is Professional Development Lead at RCOT. Emma’s role is to promote and facilitate a positive culture of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning across RCOT membership and the wider occupational therapy profession. Before joining RCOT, Emma worked in various occupational therapy roles in social care, including as a quality assurance and practice development lead.
