Dr Nikki Daniels is Head of Professional Development at RCOT, leading the strategic development of activities and member benefits that support occupational therapists throughout their careers. She oversees RCOT Communities - a flagship platform designed to help members connect, collaborate, and grow professionally. Nikki and her team work closely with networks and volunteers to co-create opportunities for reflection, learning, and leadership. Their work supports safe and effective practice, career development, and access to peer support.
