As Head of Research and Innovation at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), Gillian leads strategic initiatives that advance the profession’s evidence base and drive transformative practice across the UK. She oversees the delivery of the RCOT Strategy for Research and Innovation, ensuring alignment with national priorities and professional growth. Gillian leads the RCOT teams that empower occupational therapists to access, apply, and develop the occupational therapy evidence base through research and innovation, positioning the profession at the forefront of health and care.
