Jane Clark and Alicia Ridout are highly experienced occupational therapists, working in a range of leadership roles and improvement work at scale. They lead the IMPACT Demonstrator project, hosted by West Midlands ADASS, and focused on improving the engagement of Adult Social Care occupational therapists with research. This project has national implications and is the first of its kind.
