Occupational Therapy Show 2025 Delivers Outstanding Attendance and Engagement

Occupational Therapy Show 2025 Delivers Outstanding Attendance and Engagement
The Occupational Therapy Show held on 26–27 November 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, has been hailed a major success, drawing thousands of attendees and delivering a buzzing atmosphere across both days. This year’s show set new attendance records, delivered packed-out CPD-accredited seminars, and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from exhibitors and delegates alike.

Across two vibrant days, the event brought together healthcare, allied healthcare, public sector professionals and final-year students from across the occupational therapy sector. Theatres were filled to capacity, as delegates attended a wide range of CPD-accredited sessions led by experts from across the profession. Exhibitors reported exceptional engagement and networking opportunities, praising the quality of conversations and the strong interest in new products, services, and innovations supporting occupational therapy practice.

This year also introduced several standout features that both exhibitors and delegates praised highly. The new Elizabeth Casson Trust Feature Zone was a particular highlight, offering an inspiring showcase of the life and legacy of Elizabeth Casson while demonstrating the Trust’s ongoing work in supporting and empowering occupational therapists. The ever-popular Gratitude Wall invited attendees to share heartfelt messages celebrating the impact of the profession, while the IRCM Roadshow brought valuable updates and guidance on regulation and professional standards. In addition, on-stand sessions across the exhibition floor were consistently packed, giving delegates hands-on demonstrations, practical insights, and real-world solutions directly from leading suppliers and innovators.

"The energy at this year’s Occupational Therapy Show was incredible! The passion within the OT community continues to grow, and it was inspiring to see professionals from every corner of the sector come together to learn, connect, and celebrate the vital role occupational therapy plays in people’s lives. This year’s attendance and feedback reflect the strength and momentum of the profession." Matt Govett, Event Director.

The event, in its 13th year, once again reinforced its position as the UK’s leading gathering for occupational therapy professionals, offering valuable learning, networking, and inspiration for all who attended.

Planning is already underway for 2026, which looks to be even bigger as the occupational therapy community continues to thrive and evolve.
