Looking ahead to the Occupational Therapy Show 2026

Looking ahead to the Occupational Therapy Show 2026
Planning for the next Occupational Therapy Show is well and truly underway, and it’s an exciting time behind the scenes as we build towards the show in November this year.

One of the main development areas at this stage is the exhibition floorplan – and it’s filling up fast. We’ve already seen a strong wave of rebookings from long-standing exhibitors, alongside a growing number of new organisations joining us for the first time. This early momentum reflects the continued value the show delivers as the UK’s leading meeting place for occupational therapy professionals, suppliers and innovators.

As the floorplan takes shape, we’re focused on creating a vibrant, well-balanced exhibition that showcases the full breadth of products, services and solutions supporting occupational therapy practice today. From independent specialists to major sector brands, exhibitors are securing their space early to ensure visibility and meaningful engagement with our highly targeted audience.

Alongside exhibitor bookings, we are in the early stages of programme planning and structuring. Our team is beginning the process of reviewing themes, identifying key topic areas and considering how best to shape a programme that reflects the evolving needs of the occupational therapy profession. This foundational work is an important part of ensuring the show continues to deliver relevant, practical and thought-provoking content year on year.

The Occupational Therapy Show has always been about connection – connecting practitioners with ideas, peers, and practical solutions they can take back into their day-to-day work. As we build towards November, that purpose continues to guide every decision we make.

We’ll be sharing further updates as plans develop over the coming months. For now, it’s incredibly encouraging to see such strong early engagement, and we’re looking forward to delivering another must-attend event for the occupational therapy community this November.

Kind regards,

Matt Govett
