The presentation aims to provide insight into a joint project and model of working between two private services that are supporting teenagers and young adults with neurodiversity in successfully managing their participation in activities of daily living. By combining both services' expertise between paediatric occupational therapy and adult mental health occupational therapy, using occupational therapy assistants and coaching OT's, the service user is successfully supported in navigating the transition from teenager to adult life, managing the complexity of developmental challenges and mental health challenges holistically. Case studies to demonstrate success will be provided.
