Delegates will have:

• A basic understanding of the functions of a bed management system and how it can be used to support SHC.
• A basic understading of how a gantry hoist is used in conjunction with a bed management system to support SHC.
• Opportunity to practice with the equipment under the guidance of an experienced Moving and Handling advisor.
