The mental Capacity Act has created opportunities for Occupational Therapists in undertaking these assessments. This presentation is about the training in this field provided by Access Independent for OTs considering working in this area and also the reality of undertaking these assessments. At this show and building on the interest generated by our training, we will also be launching our mental Capacity service.
