In this session, driven by Meg's own lived experience alongside sector experience, we will explore how employers can remove barriers and create inclusive pathways into work for disabled candidates. Drawing on research with Enactus UCL, the session covers the social model of disability, common challenges in recruitment, and practical, low-cost adjustments that make a big difference. Attendees will gain insights into inclusive hiring practices, the role of occupational health, and how to build confidence in supporting disabled employees effectively.
