Rahana Life are an exciting, new health technology company who specialise in arm and hand mobility. We bring the best technology from across the world to the UK to benefit people with upper limb impairments.
Whether you have muscle weakness in your hands or arms or no arm movement, we have assistive technologies to help you to retain, regain or replicate hand and arm function.
Our solutions include:
- Manual arm supports from Armon, which support the weight of your arm.
- Powered arm supports from Armon and Orthopus, so those with very little muscle strength can continue to use their arms.
- The Jaco Robotic Arm which enables users with severely limited and no arm movement to grip, reach and manipulate things.
- Nuada Exo Glove for people with hand weakness to grip and hold objects effectively.
- The Obi dining companion to feed yourself at the touch of a button.
- Ability Drive which enables users to drive and adjust their wheelchair using eye gaze.
- HomeBrace MyEcc to control your wheelchair with your eyes
- Munevo which enables you to drive your wheelchair and control devices in your environment by tilting your head.
We aim to help you to live your fullest life by giving you better use of your arms and hands; and enabling you to undertake upper limb tasks.
Rahana Life undertake assessments, and supply and install and integrate independent living solutions that support older people, people with disabilities and people with long term conditions to have increased independence, remain active, and achieve their aspirations.
