The Compact WashPod is one of the smaller models in a range of plug ‘n play, temporary disabled wetrooms and it is
designed for more limited spaces. It is available as both an internal and external solution and will be the answer for many people needing at-home disabled bathing where space is at a premium but extra room for carers, hoists and trollies may not be needed.
The Compact WashPod:
- is great for when space is at a premium
- is Plug ‘n Play and uses existing plumbing connections
- can be installed in a conservatory, spare room or garage
- has the versatile addition of a platform to gain added wheelchair turning circle
- has a ramp on one side that can be removed for tight installations
- has panels that can be configured to accommodate different orientations
- can be installed (and removed) in a day or less so minimum disruption.
In addition, the External Compact has a highly insulated, waterproof outer case and electric underfloor heating together with heated towel rail to maintain minimum temperature at 25°C if required.
