The Flo F3 revolutionises how we care for plus size patients. It is the only device of its type to assist with inserting and removing equipment without the need to physically touch the patient.
Repositioning or turning plus size patients can often be seen as a manouvre which requires more time and an increased number of staff. However, the Flo F3 is able to achieve both of these with a reduced
number of staff while improving their safety and posture.
The Flo F3 kit comes complete with 4 inflatable air pads and Eco slide sheet covers. These air pads are inserted whilst deflated in sequential order. Using an air compressor, air is inserted into the chamber which raises the patient off the surface.
Once all 4 pads are in place and inflated, the patient is able to be repositioned, turned or laterally transferred with ease.
