Three WashPod Models Will Be On Display at The OT Show 2025

Dignity Access Ltd. Stand: F54
Three WashPod Models Will Be On Display at The OT Show 2025
WashPod Temporary Disabled Wetrooms
Not one, not two but three models of the unique WashPod temporary disabled wetroom will be on display at The OT Show 2025 in November. The Mini, Compact and Standard models will be available to view on the Dignity Access stand F54, right opposite Theatres 2 and 3.
The WashPod range of disabled wetrooms offer modular versatility to rapidly provide dignified and aesthetic bathing solutions when accessibility becomes an urgent need. The units can be hired or bought giving a flexibility that makes them perfect for short to interim periods where rehabilitation is needed or to keep clients at home, perhaps during a lengthy litigation process or for end-of-life care. The internal version of all three models can be easily installed and fully functioning in less than a day for minimum disruption.

The Standard-sized model is one of an increasing range of WashPods - available in both internal and external form. Many customers such as local authorities, case managers and solicitors, have found the Standard to be a good solution as it is fully compliant, has sufficient room for a carer and wheelchair, takes a hoist and still fits into a medium room or double garage. For local authorities, they are attractive as they can be re-used for multiple service users by taking advantage of our unique DFG Turnaround Service.

The Compact WashPod is smaller and can fit easily in the corner of many rooms while still having wheelchair accessibility, giving it a versatility that makes it a common choice. It’s also available as both an internal and external option.

The Mini WashPod is one of the smallest in the range of eight plug ‘n play, temporary disabled wetrooms. It is designed for the most limited spaces where a toilet and shower are both required. It is only 1.75m long by 1.5m wide (plus a ramp) and has bi-fold doors to allow carer access from the outside if needed. Although small, it can still accommodate a wash-dry toilet but will fit snugly into the corner of rooms or even in utility rooms. It only takes half a day to install and is priced as a great option for Disabled Facilities Grant funding.
