Meet the Experts at The OT Show 2026: Explore New Career Opportunities with Harrison Associates
Joanne Lowe and Joanna Fletcher-Smith
Harrison Associates, a specialist provider of Catastrophic Case Management and Expert Witness services, will be attending The OT Show 2026 to connect with Occupational Therapists interested in using their clinical knowledge and experience in new and meaningful ways.

At the heart of this year's conversations will be two experienced clinical leaders, Joanne Lowe, Expert Witness Services Lead, and Joanna Fletcher-Smith, Case Management Services Lead, who will be available to discuss the opportunities, professional pathways and practical realities of working in their respective fields.

Discover Expert Witness Work with Joanne Lowe

With nearly 30 years of clinical and medico-legal experience, Joanne Lowe leads Expert Witness Services at Harrison Associates, overseeing the development of its expert panel and maintaining high standards of clinical reasoning, report quality and professional practice.

Joanne's extensive clinical background includes orthopaedic trauma, amputations, complex physical conditions and long-term disability. As a practising Expert Witness and full member of the Expert Witness Institute, she brings both practical experience and an understanding of the professional responsibilities involved in medico-legal work.

At The OT Show, Joanne will be speaking with Occupational Therapists interested in understanding how their clinical expertise can contribute to personal injury and clinical negligence cases, from assessing rehabilitation and functional needs to providing independent expert opinion.

She will also be available to discuss what it takes to become an Expert Witness, the skills required and how clinicians can begin developing their experience in this specialist field.

Your Clinical Experience Could Make a Difference in a Different Way

Harrison Associates recognises that Occupational Therapists develop a wealth of transferable skills throughout their careers, often without realising the opportunities available beyond their current clinical settings.
