Occupational therapists have always been central to our journey. As we were founded by an OT, we understand the realities of assessment, budget constraints, and the need for reliable, well-designed equipment that works in real environments. Many of our customers are OTs working across NHS services, schools, independent practice and social care, alongside parents and carers seeking trusted guidance.

We aim to make sourcing straightforward. Our team provides practical product knowledge, fast UK shipping, clear VAT exemption guidance and responsive customer support. 2026 marks our fourth year exhibiting at the Occupational Therapy Show, and we are proud to continue building relationships within the OT community.
