As CMSUK celebrates its 25th anniversary, we are inviting occupational therapists (OTs) to explore an exciting new Feature Zone designed to inspire curiosity, celebrate the profession of case management and encourage conversations about where your own professional journey could lead.

This is about much more than exhibiting.

Throughout the Show, CMSUK will play an active role in the educational programme, with four of our Trustees delivering presentations across four theatres. Each speaker began their career as an OT before progressing into case management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and real-life experience to share with delegates.

After each presentation, our Trustees will return to the Feature Zone, where they will be available to answer questions, continue discussions and enjoy informal conversations over a coffee.

Whether you are simply curious about case management, actively considering a career change or already working within the profession, we would love to meet you.
 

Who is CMSUK?

For 25 years, CMSUK has championed excellence in case management through education, professional development, collaboration and the sharing of best practice.

Case managers work alongside people following life-changing injury, illness or complex health conditions, coordinating rehabilitation, care and support while keeping the individual's goals, independence and quality of life at the centre of every decision.

For many OTs, case management is a natural career progression. The skills that define occupational therapy - clinical reasoning, holistic thinking, problem-solving, advocacy and person-centred practice - are the very foundations of excellent case management.

The CMSUK Feature Zone has been designed as a journey of discovery, conversation and connection.

Start by exploring the evolution of case management and discover how both the profession and CMSUK have developed over the past 25 years.

Next, meet the people behind the Society. Our Trustees are experienced case managers who all began their careers as OTs. They have stood exactly where many visitors stand today and are passionate about sharing what they have learned along the way.

From there, discover the many professional pathways into case management. While the Feature Zone has been created especially with OTs in mind, it also celebrates the diverse professional backgrounds that strengthen the profession, including nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, social work and many others.

The journey finishes in our Coffee & Curiosity Corner….a welcoming space where conversations begin.

Learning beyond the Feature Zone

CMSUK is proud to contribute four presentations to this year's educational programme.

Delivered by our Trustees, each session explores different aspects of case management through the unique perspective of experienced OTs who have built successful careers within the profession.

When the presentations finish, the conversation does not.

Our speakers will return to the Coffee & Curiosity Corner, giving delegates the opportunity to ask follow-up questions, discuss the topics in more depth and continue the conversation in an informal, welcoming environment.
