Duncan Higgins and Jenny Griffiths will be talking about how changes in adult social care in North Essex have led to greater integration of OTs into their substantive teams, enabled a greater emphasis on the role and status of occupational therapists, and encouraged a greater focus on occupation and more wholistic assessments by the occupational therapists.
