

Study MSc Occupational Therapy at AECC University College
Based in Bournemouth, AECC University College is excited to announce that it will be offering a new postgraduate course in MSc Occupational Therapy starting in January 2023.
This is a two-year full-time pre-registration course and will help you to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes to enable you to excel working with patients of all ages who have or are experiencing physical, mental health or learning difficulties.
Our contemporary curriculum is designed to ensure you are adequately equipped to respond to the complexity of your patients’ needs, and ensures that care is safe, seamless and of a high standard. You will develop effective solutions to the challenges that patients are facing, by always seeking to understand their lived experiences.
Our innovative curriculum is designed using hybrid problem-based Learning (h-PBL) to meet the needs of aspiring Occupational Therapists. Our fantastic state-of-the-art healthcare education provision includes:
• On-site clinics
• Imaging services
• Treatment spaces
• Pro-section laboratory (including a developing on-site occupational therapy service)
This, coupled with our extensive expertise in training healthcare professionals and offering practice placements with both NHS and Private practice providers, offers a fantastic environment in which aspiring Occupational Therapists can train and develop.

A typical offer will be based on 2:2 degree in a relevant science-based subject. Alternatively, candidates having significant recent relevant work experience in health and social care.
