How are speakers organised in the conference programme?

Speakers are organised by day, time, and theatre, making it easy to browse sessions happening simultaneously. Each listing includes the speaker’s name, session title, and location within the venue so you can plan your schedule efficiently.

Can I attend any speaker session at the event?

Yes, all registered attendees can attend any speaker session included in the conference programme. Sessions are open access, so you can move between theatres throughout the day.

Do I need to book speaker sessions in advance?

No, you do not need to pre-book sessions. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s recommended to arrive early for popular talks.

What should I do if two sessions I want to attend are scheduled at the same time?
