Occupational therapists assess and adapt environments.  For those who have lived through traumatising experiences, there are multiple environmental factors that make accessing help difficult.  If nothing else, the power differential between helper and helped can replay previous relationships that have harmed.  Over these 2 different yet related sessions we explore social and physical aspects of environments in health care, with a focus on how occupational therapists can be most effective.
