Self-care for professionals: managing stress and emotions
The session focusses on tuning into the stress response and one’s emotions to ensure that case managers and other professionals look after themselves in order to best look after others. This can be hard to do at times and requires connection with self and engagement in mindful compassion. Case Managers are encouraged to engage in and embrace energy giving activities as part of self-care.
