THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SHOW EXCELS ONCE AGAIN!
The Occupational Therapy Show has excelled once again this year with thousands of occupational therapy professionals gathering at The Occupational Therapy Show on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd November (NEC), making it the UK’s largest free to attend, education and trade event for the occupational therapy profession.
Visitors gave the free-to-attend, two-day education conference and exhibition a resounding thumbs up – as did the 270+ exhibitors, including the trade’s biggest brand names, AKW, Invacare, Seating Matters, Joerns and Etac amongst others, who showcased hundreds of the latest products and services on the exhibition floor which has increased year-on-year for the last five years! The aisle and theatres were packed with delegates on both days enjoying plenty of lectures available for every member of the occupational therapy team plus hands-on education at exhibitor stands.
More than 100% of the 2017 show’s exhibit space is already booked for 2018! If you want to be part of the most exciting show in the profession, which returns to the NEC on November 21st and 22nd 2018 – then click here!
Professor Micheal Iwama, comments "The whole concept of The Occupational Therapy Show is exactly how professional health conferences ought to be. I love how inclusive the event is, there is no registration fee. Other conferences are nauseating and hoity-toity. The essence of occupational therapy is in the hands of the clinician – they are the centre of our concerns and we can learn through them – that’s what I associate with The Occupational Therapy Show. That’s why I want to be a part of it and I come back every time I can.
Two years ago the show was so much smaller than what it is today – when I see all the people it just tells me that it has grown so much in popularity – there are more vendors now too, it’s huge!"
