Tina is a Social Services Occupational Therapist who has worked in community based long term physical disability teams for 21 years. She has significant experience of working across Adult Social Care OT services in the areas of complex case management, crisis avoidance, Major Housing Adaptations, complex moving and handling, Reablement, Rapid Response, Continuing Healthcare and Discharge to Assess – involving consistent collaboration with partners in the NHS, non-statutory services and the public. Tina is now applying her knowledge and experiences to her current position as an Adult Social Services Duty / Screening OT in a London Borough.
