Dr Nikki Daniels

Dr Nikki Daniels has 25 years’ experience as an occupational therapist working across clinical practice, industry and academia.
Whilst working in higher education, Nikki gained extensive experience in supporting occupational therapists’ learning and development post-registration. Her research interests centre around how occupational therapists can engage in and with research. She is currently exploring how therapists address CPD needs which relate to improving confidence and competence to use research derived evidence to inform practice.
As Professional Development Manager for the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, Nikki oversees activities related to the professional development of the occupational therapy workforce in the UK
